Mexican Pizza w/ Josh's Black Bean Salsa
Ingredients
-1 12-14" Pizza Crust
-1 Cup Josh’s Black Bean Salsa
-1 Cup (Choice of) Mild,
Medium or Hot Salsa
-1.5 Cup Shredded Mild
or Sharp Cheddar Cheese
-2 Tomatoes, Thinly Sliced
-1.5 oz. Can Sliced Black
Olives, Drained

How To Make It
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place pizza crust on large baking sheet. Spread Josh’s Black Bean Salsa over crust, within 1 inch of edge. Spoon hot salsa over Josh’s, sprinkle with cheese and arrange tomatoes and olives on top. Bake until cheese is bubbly, about 14 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 3 minutes.
